Lucian’s recent electronic single titled “Down The Middle” featuring Kid Coyote is a playful tech-heavy dance favorite. The track is comprised of dramatically cut and pasted samples, which give it the signature industrial feel of zipping instrumentals and vocal repetition. Lucian has produced the sound that the munchkins in The Wizard of Oz only wish they could accomplish. The song has a delightfully tasteful build up of anticipation as the layers crescendo into a beat-laden chorus. “Down The Middle” is reminiscent of a dreamy carnival fun house. It produces nostalgia while wearing modern millennial club vibes.
